Thamarat offers fast, reliable shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with options to choose the delivery speed that works for you. Local store pickup is also available for your convenience.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the product must include:
- All original packaging and accessories
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Any included warranty cards or documentation
Condition of Returned Items:
Products should be returned in their original condition. Normal inspection—such as opening the box to check the item—does not void your right to return it.
If the item is damaged due to shipping or arrives defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return:

- Any component or accessory is missing
- The product is used or damaged due to customer handling
- The product cannot be resold for hygiene or food-safety reasons (e.g., opened food items)
