1. Perishable & Food Items

Due to the nature of our products, all food items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dates
  • Nuts
  • Spices
  • Dry goods
  • Imported food products
  • Opened or unopened edible items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products for health and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

3. Non-Food Merchandise (If Applicable)

If Thamarat Market offers non-consumable merchandise such as accessories or packaging items, these may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • The item is in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Issues

Thamarat Market is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Natural Product Disclaimer

Because many of our products are natural and sourced from different regions, variations in:

  • Color
  • Size
  • Texture
  • Taste

are normal and not considered defects.
